Rooh Strategies operates primarily on a retainer-based model, with 12-month engagements highly recommended.

Our pricing is scope-based and determined during a complimentary consultation, where a detailed scope of work is developed and aligned to client goals, capacity, and timeline. Clients may mix and match services to create a customized engagement structure.

Retainer options include:

• Full-Scope Retainers (comprehensive, multi-service engagements)

• Limited-Scope Retainers (focused support within a defined service area or objective)

All retainers include regular strategic review and may be eligible for renewal and referral incentives.
